The membership fees is non-refundable but in certain cases we can transfer the membership.
Fibre2Fashion offers print as well as online medium for marketing. Our print media consists of monthly magazine as well as our special issues and compendium whereas the online medium comprises of Banners, Monthly e-Newsletter and E-mailers.
Fibre2Fashion is a platform that facilitates trade by connecting the best suitable buyers & suppliers. Thereafter all business communication with respect to transactions needs to be done by the buyer or sellers involved.
No, Fibre2Fashion doesn’t work on commission basis.

Posting selling or buying offer is absolutely free of cost, Post it here
It normally takes 48 working hours for a selling or buying lead to go live.
You can log in to your “My F2F” account and edit your buying or selling offer by using the option of “edit my lead”.
Once the lead is live; an automation mail containing the details of the prospective buyer/seller matching your requirements will be sent to your account through which you can directly contact the buyer/seller. Besides you can also browse Buying/selling section on Fibre2Fashion website to explore varied business prospects.
The buyers should be preferable contacted through the Fibre2fashion platform’s inquiry module sending an introduction, company’s profile & product range. Further, depending on the response from the buyer, you may follow up over an email or through a phone call.
You can get a track of all your activities through the online dashboard “My F2F”.
You can update your microsite 3 times a year (Once in every quarter).
You can access all buying leads available online as a Premium or Corporate member.

Trust Sign is a certificate issued by third party credit agency (ACP) that authenticates and proves that the company is a legal entity and gives an assurance for buyers to interact with the company. They are assigned with a "Global Authentication" logo. Its validity is one year.

On subscribing to our Premium/Corporate Membership, below process needs to be followed to avail the certificate

  • An application form will be given to you by your assigned Customer Care executive, which needs to be filled and submitted back to the Customer Care Executive along with the copy of your landline telephone bill & company registration certificate which is mandatory.
  • On submission of the form, the 3rd party auditor based in that region will contact the company owner /applicant and will conduct a telephonic interview as well as ask you to submit few documents depending on the company, country & its norms.
  • The auditor will then verify the details of your company’s Legal existence with the help of documents submitted by you.
  • Upon successful verification GVS Certificate is issued and copy of the same is uploaded on your co-branded website.

To avail Trust sign certificate you need to submit the below mentioned details

  • Landline telephone Bill
  • Company Registration Certificate (Business License)
  • Tax Registration Certificate
  • National I.D. (or Passport) of the Owner
  • Partnership deed(if applicable)

Or other business documents as the need be.

It takes 7- 10 working days to design a microsite. You need to provide the following details

  • Company Profile/About us:   (file format: word)
  • Product Information: Details of the products manufactured. (file format: word)
  • Product Images: Maximum 30 images can be displayed. (file format: jpg)
  • Company Logo: (file format: high resolution jpg)
  • Full Contact Details:  Full Address along with contact details(file format: word)

The companies who have subscribed Fibre2Fashion Services i.e. Premium membership or Corporate Membership get a priority before the free members and their leads will remain on the top of the list.
You will be assigned a customer care executive to whom you can approach whenever you have any doubt or query. You can also contact customercare@fibre2fashion.com .
Market Intelligence is an exclusive service of Fibre2fasion.com that provides research based information to the global textile & apparel industry. Market Intelligence services include research reports of Price Trend and Market Analysis, Production, Consumption, Demand, Supply of major fibre and feedstock materials. Export & Import Data and Trade Analysis Report, Custom Research and syndicated reports.
